Stock Tracker is a program that enables you to keep track of stock purchases and sales transactions. This program allows you to see which shares of stock you have available to sell and how much you bought them for. I wrote this because I needed some way to keep track of how many shares I had left at a particular purchase price.

Stock Types: These are some ideas of different values for the stock type field.
O - Option (Additional information will be asked for)
DR - Dividend Reinvestment
IPO - Initial Purchase Offer
Ease of Use:(No mouse necessary)
In the Main Window, typing -<number> will bring you to each topic.
Any time you see the Done Button hilited, you can use -<Return>.
Futures:

As for future releases, I don't know where to go next with the program. It can also take a bit of time which is sometimes in short supply.

Upgrading Process:
For the most part, if you have a Version 1.0x format file, you should have no problems upgrading to version 2.0. You may want to make a backup copy of your 1.0 file in case you run into any problems when you try and open the file with the new version.
The new version does not save the file in a text format. It now is saved in a more compact and secure format.
If you previously had a problem with the date format, the new version should fix that problem. The program learns from the users computer which way the date should be formatted (i.e. mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy). If the program reads in a file that was saved as version 1.0 and it needs to change the date structure, it will do so automatically.
Bugs:
As this is just a hobby, I do not get a lot of time to write as much code as I would like. If you find a problem, let me know, and depending on how serious a problem and the amount of time I have available, I will fix the problem. I have not done a lot of stress testing, but I believe it is a fairly stable product.
